Q: What is the difference between Light Filtering and Blackout?
Light Filtering (Horizon collection) glows when the sun hits it, illuminating your room without allowing people to see in. Blackout (Linen collection) has a specialized backing that blocks 100% of incoming light—perfect for bedrooms and media rooms.
Q: How accurate do my measurements need to be?
For an inside mount, accuracy is critical. We build to the 1/8th of an inch. If you are unsure, we recommend booking a Virtual Studio Session so we can double-check your numbers together via video.
Q: Can I change my order after it's placed?
We offer a 24-hour 'grace period' after an order is placed. After that, your measurements are synced with our production facility and the fabric is laser-cut. Once cutting begins, changes cannot be made.
Q: Do you offer professional installation?
We are a design-and-supply studio. Our shades are designed for simple 'DIY' installation with just a few screws. However, we can recommend local installers in the Los Angeles area if you prefer professional help.
